SCP Borrowing Policy
Props
and costumes will be loaned from Seneca Community Players to outside
organizations based on the following guidelines. a)
The borrowed items are returned
in good or better condition, laundered, and with no permanent
alterations. b) We reserve the right to refuse permission to borrow c)
We require a $50 security
deposit check made out to the Seneca Community Players.
We reserve the right to increase the value of the check if the
items borrowed exceed $50 in value.
d) If the item is returned within two weeks of the production, or other arrangements have been made, the check will be returned at that time or kept on file for future borrowing. If the items are not returned on schedule, the check will be cashed.
